INSTITUTO BIOQUIMICO IBERICO IBSA, S.L. (hereinafter, IBSA IBERIA) has implemented an Internal Information System (SIIF), which integrates the different internal information channels of the organization and is configured as a fundamental axis for the promotion of the culture of ethical, responsible, and sustainable action, with the duty of supervision, control, and prevention in terms of regulatory compliance.
The SIIF is the preferred channel and a mandatory tool for diligently reporting communications on regulatory infractions and breaches, with full protection of whistleblowers, without risk of retaliation and with the necessary protection measures.
The SIIF has been designed, configured, and managed with the necessary security, confidentiality, data protection and whistleblower protection measures and mechanisms. For this purpose, IBSA IBERIA have the collaboration and support of the external expert BONET consulting, which provides high levels of professionalism, experience, independence, confidentiality, and compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.
Consequently, IBSA IBERIA has equipped the SIIF with a series of guarantees, including anonymity/anonymization, proper record-keeping, preservation and non-alteration of information, conflicts of interest prevention, protection of the whistleblower and prohibition of retaliation.

Internal Information Channels
IBSA IBERIA has enabled various internal information channels that allow the submission of communications in written or verbal format. For this purpose, IBSA IBERIA has the configuration, design, and support of an external expert in order to provide the highest levels of professionalism, experience, independence, confidentiality, data protection, whistleblower protection, and other applicable areas for these types of channels. Further information on the technical characteristics of the channels can be found in the Policy. The channels available in IBSA IBERIA’s SIIF are as follows:
Digital Channel
IBSA IBERIA provides an online tool through which any employee or person related to IBSA IBERIA may submit a written communication through the following link https://corporate-line.com/cnormativo-ibsaiberia
This tool features security measures that ensure the protection of the information, the informant identity and those individuals affected by it, as well as the confidentiality and preservation of the entire process of communication management and processing.
Face to face Channel
Another of the channels that IBSA IBERIA makes available to its employees and those third parties who interact with it is the face-to-face channel, which allows the presentation of verbal communications through a face-to-face meeting or by videoconference.
To ensure the proper compliance with the commitments and guarantees outlined in the Policy and the regulatory framework applicable to these types of communications, IBSA IBERIA has entrusted the management of these communications to the external expert BONET consulting. This is to guarantee the protection of the whistleblower's identity throughout the process, from scheduling an appointment to submitting a communication in person, as well as at the location where it takes place.
The technicians at BONET are responsible of managing the requests to submit communications through this channel, as well as of the collection and preservation of all the information provided in such requests. As established by the law, these meetings will be documented through an anonymized recording, with the prior consent of the whistleblower.

To guarantee the necessary protection and security measures for this type of communication, communications submitted directly by telephone or e-mail cannot be made or recorded. These two tools are exclusively enabled to coordinate with the technical staff the day, time and place to make the communication in face-to-face format.
