Medical Sales Representative – Reproductive Medicine

Job Objective:

To lead the commercial management of the Fertility line with the goal of increasing IBSA Iberia’s product footprint within the assigned territory (Barcelona, Girona, and the Canary Islands), across public hospitals, private hospitals, and private clinics. The role requires a strategic, long-term vision to ensure effective management and development of each account.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

 

  • End-to-end management of the client portfolio in the assigned territory, ensuring long-term relationships and consistent post-sales follow-up.
  • Partner with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide continuous information and training to clients regarding product features, clinical benefits, and advantages.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate/close commercial agreements.
  • Collect, analyze, and share insights regarding market trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize the assigned budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical sales or hospital sales (Medical Sales Representative).
  • Previous experience in Assisted Reproduction or Gynecology is highly valued.
  • University degree preferred, ideally in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Availability to travel (approximately 25–30% of the time, covering the Canary Islands).
