Medical Sales Representative – Osteoarticular and Uro-gynaecology

Job Objective:

To carry out the commercial management of the Medical Specialties line (Osteoarticular and Uro-gynaecology) with the aim of increasing the presence and use of IBSA Iberia products within the assigned territory (Aragon, Navarre, and La Rioja), primarily in public hospitals, private hospitals, and private clinics. The role involves a long-term strategic vision to ensure the correct management and development of each account.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

 

  • End-to-end management of the client portfolio in the assigned territory, ensuring long-term relationships and consistent post-sales follow-up.
  • Partner with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide continuous information and training to clients regarding product features, clinical benefits, and advantages.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate/close commercial agreements.
  • Collect, analyze, and share insights regarding market trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize the assigned budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical sales or hospital sales.
  • Experience in the specialties of traumatology, rehabilitation, or uro-gynaecology will be an advantage.
  • University degree preferred, ideally in health sciences.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Availability to travel within the assigned area most of the time (Aragón, Navarra, and La Rioja) and to attend national and international courses and congresses.
