Innovation, science and clinical excellence at SEME 2026

From 12 to 14 February, the Málaga Trade Fair and Congress Centre hosted the 41st edition of the SEME National Congress (Spanish Society of Aesthetic Medicine), Spain’s leading event in aesthetic medicine, bringing together top national and international experts in the field each year.

Within this framework, our aesthetics medicine area took part with a symposium focused on the latest advances in applied anatomy for intelligent facial restoration,  alongside several presentations addressing key topics such as aesthetic footprint, the use of artificial intelligence in clinical practice, and approaches to the lower third of the face.

At this year’s SEME edition, we presented the symposium “From Volume to Facial Architecture”, led by Dr Luciano Lanfranchi and Dr Natalia Ribé, who shared the latest advances in facial anatomy applied to intelligent facial restoration. The programme proposed an innovative approach linking structural anatomy with cellular activation, marking a new paradigm in facial restoration. All of this was supported by the versatility and strong clinical track record of the IBSA product range featuring NAHYCO® technology, designed to deliver tissue-respectful results.
