This week we held our 5th annual meeting in Lisbon. A four-day encounter that marks a milestone in our history: for the first time, we held the meeting in Portugal. With this gesture, IBSA Iberia highlights the strategic and human importance of our Portuguese delegation, whose commitment and talent are essential pillars for the growth of the entire region

STRATEGIC VISION AND RESULTS
The inaugural day, led by Felipe Hortelano, General Manager, served to analyse the results of the first cycle and define the challenges we will face for the remainder of 2026.
During the plenary session, the Person department presented the new initiatives aimed at team well-being, while the Communication department set out the communication strategy for IBSA Iberia and presented the CSR projects, reaffirming that our social responsibility is the direct reflection of our values. Finally, the Marketing and Medical areas offered a global vision of the pathologies and products that define our daily activity.
COLLABORATION AND SPECIALISATION BY DIVISIONS
After the general overview, the focus moved to the therapeutic areas. During three days of intensive work, the Marketing, Commercial and Medical teams from each division worked together to:
- Consolidate the commercial strategies for the coming months.
- Align medical projects with the current needs of healthcare professionals.
- Present the priority campaigns on which we will focus.
THE VALUE OF HUMAN CONNECTION
Beyond figures and strategies, Lisbon has also been the perfect setting to strengthen ties. Through cultural activities to discover the city, we have strengthened the relationship between departments and, above all, between people.
