From IBSA Iberia, we work to bring to our country the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives driven globally by IBSA Group and IBSA Foundation, adapting them to our local context and generating a real impact in the communities where we are present, especially in Barcelona, where our offices are located.
Activities
IBSA IBERIA INCLUSIVE SAILING ACADEMY
The IBSA Iberia Inclusive Sailing Academy is part of IBSA’s global project “Sailing into the Future. Together”, which represents a concrete example of our commitment to diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities through sport. Developed in collaboration with the Escola de Vela Adaptada (E.V.A.) in Sitges, Barcelona, the IBSA Iberia Inclusive Sailing Academy has been providing sailing classes to young people and children with disabilities since 2024, fostering social integration, personal development and greater visibility for children and adolescents with disabilities.

INTERNAL ACTIONS
From IBSA Iberia, we also demonstrate our responsibility towards our own employees, developing various initiatives that contribute to their personal and professional growth.
Corporate volunteering days
In 2025, IBSA launched the corporate volunteering programme, which allows employees to dedicate part of their working hours to social, environmental and cultural activities. This initiative reflects our belief that social commitment should be accessible to all our collaborators, empowering them to make a positive difference in the community whilst developing new skills and personal values.
Zoom In Day
IBSA Iberia organises biennially the Zoom In Day, an open-door event in which young people aged 17 to 22, sons and daughters of employees, have the opportunity to discover the working environment of our offices in Barcelona. During this experience, participants gain practical knowledge and valuable insights into the business world, forging a meaningful connection between our new generations and the corporate environment.
